Using this site

This website is operated by Humanity Above All, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (Tax ID 99-3629103). By using it you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully, don’t attempt to break or misuse it, and don’t misrepresent yourself when donating or filling out forms.

Donations

Donations are processed securely by Stripe. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law; a receipt is emailed for every gift. Unless you restrict a gift to a named campaign, donations are unrestricted and used where the need is greatest. Recurring gifts can be canceled anytime by contacting us. If a campaign becomes fully funded or conditions make a program impossible to deliver, we apply funds to the closest possible humanitarian use — with transparency about it.

Refunds & mistakes

Made an error — wrong amount, duplicate charge, unauthorized use of your card? Email info@humanityaboveall.org promptly and we will make it right.

Text, images, and the Humanity Above All name and logo on this site belong to us or areused with permission. You may share our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution; please don’t use our name or logo in ways that imply endorsement without asking first.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, but we can’t guarantee either at all times. To the fullestextent permitted by law, Humanity Above All is not liable for indirect or consequentialdamages arising from use of the site.
