Legal status
Humanity Above All is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States — Tax ID (EIN) 99-3629103. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and every donor receives a receipt.
How donations are used
Your contribution is used where it is needed most to support our relief efforts. To sustain operations, a small portion of funds may also be used for essential administrative, logistical, and compliance-related costs that allow our all-volunteer team to continue delivering aid effectively and meet legal requirements. These costs are kept to an absolute minimum so the greatest possible share of your donation directly supports those in urgent need.
